amazing hotel

helpful staff fast service kind management
the staff changed my room super fast when i asked, i really appreciate it. ms.ruya and hande from management were especially helpful, so kind. everyone was nice, start to finish!
the deposit thing at checkout was confusing, it was resolved, i wish it was explained better.

mixed feelings About this hotel

room unreadiness bed absence
The location was acceptable. It was near the bakirkoy shopping area.
My room was not ready until 5 PM. This caused considerable inconvenience. the hotel also failed to provide the extra bed i requested. I had to ask for it at night. it was an unfortunate start to the stay.

the king guest room had a good size and it was clean. i found good blackout curtains, though the light switches were a little confusing.

The gym impressed me. It had enough equipment. Breakfast included good options. The sea view from the room offered a pleasant sight.
The room cleaning was not consistent. I had to ask more towels. The hotel location it's not so practical. The minibar in the room was empty, I found that strange.
